Christina

Christina is a yoga lifestyle enthusiast and Reiki practitioner who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that support balance, self-awareness, and well-being. Inspired by her RYT-200 hour training in Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga—and her time leading classes in New York City, Christina brings together a diverse blend of traditional and modern approaches to create classes that are both elevated and accessible.

Drawing from Hatha yoga, her teachings encourage students to move with intention, connect with the breath, and cultivate greater presence on and off the mat. Whether guiding a gentle flow or a dynamic practice, Christina creates a welcoming space where students of all levels can explore movement, mindfulness, and personal growth at their own pace.

Her approach integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to help students reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and foster a deeper sense of inner peace. For Christina, yoga is more than a physical practice—it’s a way of living with greater awareness, compassion, and authenticity. She believes that each practice offers an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and build resilience through both movement and stillness.

As a Reiki practitioner, Christina recognizes the importance of rest, energetic balance, and holistic well-being. Through her guided practices, Christina hopes to inspire others to embrace yoga as a lifestyle that nurtures the body, calms the mind, and supports a more balanced and intentional way of life.

Carolina

Carolina discovered yoga as a way to restore balance in her life on a physical and energetic level. She left her home country and office job in 2015 and embarked upon a journey of being free and excited about the unknown. It was not long before she deepened her love of yoga and completed a Hatha and Ashtanga teacher training. It then led to attending several silent Vipassana retreats that deepened her meditation practice and clearly presented her lifes purpose to help others find peace and balance through Yoga, meditation, healing, moon ceremonies, talking circles and life coaching.

Carolina sees her body as a temple and is a wonderful example of the joy that comes with a dedicated Vegan diet. Her patience and warmth make her a great teacher for beginners as they feel a deep connection and trust around her. The yoga classes she delivers have a strong emphasis on removing the ego both in the practice and in our lives. She loves to remind people that the time on the mat is a sacred time for ourselves, where we can celebrate our unique bodies, embrace our imperfections, understand ourselves better and have a little fun as well!

Carolina excels in motivating people to understand who they really are first and then work on releasing any limiting beliefs, so they can reach their full potential in life.
