Anya grew up by the sea on the coast of England and has been practising Yoga passionately for 12 years. Having studied with many teachers in centres across the world, she practices and teaches the whole path of Yoga to nourish both the body and mind by fusing its valuable, ancient philosophy with physical practice.
She teaches an uplifting whilst deeply calming Hatha Flow Yoga.
In her classes, the flow of postures becomes a steadily-paced, organic meditation in movement with a clear and continual focus on the breath. She encourages awareness; consciously living, breathing and moving into every moment for an embodied sense of clarity, calm and contentment. She teaches classes and retreats regularly here at H2O as a returning guest teacher, as well as in Yoga schools in the U.K., Thailand and Berlin.
